We identified radio as a key part of this strategy to help increase public awareness. We met with the fabulous Lisa Wise From Bauer Media North West and outlined this strategy to her. Lisa came back with a range of potential options for us to consider and brought in the creative team to help us shape our campaign.
With Lisa’s guidance we put together a two part plan. We secured the sponsorship of the Travel in the Breakfast and Drive Time shows for Greatest Hits Radio in Liverpool and the North West and agreed an ad campaign on Greatest Hits Radio plus the Absolute and Magic networks via Instream.
The creative team have developed a fantastic advert for Hayes Connor. It is in the style of a street poet and sounds amazing. We are just over a month into the campaign and have started to receive enquiries directly from people who have heard us on the radio. This is exactly what we were looking to achieve.
Our next steps are to extend the reach of the campaign, increasing the number of ads and moving on to Radio City and more of the Bauer North West network. From then the aim will be to utilise the UK Bauer network, gradually extending the geography to create a national presence. We look forward to building our campaigns with Lisa and hope that Bauer media will be a big part of our future success.”
